Graham: Romney ‘very much a contender’ for veep
Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R) is “very much a contender” to be Sen. John McCain’s running mate, according to one of McCain’s closest allies on Capitol Hill.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), who earlier this year told The Hill that McCain’s vice presidential pick should be someone the Arizona senator “feels comfortable with,” said Romney fits that description. [The Hill]

About Duck Duck Goose
"As far back as I can remember, I've been a news-junkie. The advent of the Internet (thanks, Al Gore) has only worsened my addiction. Couple that with my new-found interest in politics (the strategy behind, not the ideology), and well, I guess there's no hope for me! On these pages you'll find links to items from various sources that have caught my interest today.
